Premium Point Trans Management was founded in 2016 by a group of friends who all shared the same frustration: Chinese-speaking tourists visiting Malaysia had no easy way to get around comfortably with a driver who actually understood them.
What started with two vehicles and three drivers has grown into a fleet of 20+ professionally maintained vehicles and a team of carefully vetted, bilingual chauffeurs — all dedicated to giving you a journey you'll remember for the right reasons.

We don't just hire anyone who can drive. Every Premium Point driver goes through a structured vetting process — clean licence history, route knowledge assessment, customer service training, and a mandatory Mandarin proficiency check.
